Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All certification fees paid to Edufame are non-refundable. Once enrollment is completed and payment is made, no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances. This applies to change of mind, personal reasons, or failure to complete the course.

2. No Cancellation After Enrollment

Certification enrollment cannot be cancelled once payment is successfully processed. Learners are advised to review all details before enrolling.

3. Reason for Non-Refundable Policy

Edufame follows a non-refundable policy because study material is made available immediately after enrollment and resources are allocated instantly.

4. Exam Non-Attempt or Failure

No refund will be provided if a learner does not attempt the exam within the given timeline or fails to complete the certification requirements.

5. Technical or System Issues

In rare cases of verified technical issues from Edufame's end, appropriate support will be provided, but this does not guarantee a refund.

Policy Acceptance

By enrolling in any Edufame certification, learners agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Acceptance is mandatory for enrollment.
